ANTHONY TASHNICK

Anthony Tashnick was born and raised in Santa Cruz California. He grew up surfing world class waves. At age 16 he was the second youngest to ever paddle into Mavericks. Anthony immediately gained acceptance from his peers and at age 20 in 2005, he was the youngest competitor to ever win the event. He continues to be a viable competitor on the big wave world tour and is favored to always be the one to watch amongst the Mavericks competitors.
